Every device is individually tested, cleaned, and fully wiped before it ships. Nothing goes out the door until we have confirmed it works and removed all previous data.

What do your condition grades mean?+

New means brand new and sealed. Open box means the box was opened only to verify the contents, and the item is unused. Used means a gently used device that we have cleaned, tested, and fully wiped. For Parts / Broken means an item with a cosmetic or functional issue, always described upfront.

What is your return policy?+

You can return any item within 30 days. Returns are free — we send you a prepaid shipping label so it costs you nothing to send it back.

What if my item arrives with a problem?+

Every device is tested before shipping, but if anything isn't right when it arrives, you're covered by our 30-day free return policy. Just call or email us and we'll make it right.

Can I see an item in person before I buy?+

Yes. Every item we list online is physically on hand at our store, Sell Your Gadgets, at 211 Broad Street, Elizabeth, NJ 07201. You're welcome to come see anything in person.
