The PS-DTC24-R increases area lighting energy efficiency quickly and easily by combining industry leading Passive Infrared (PIR) technology with Ultrasonic for superior detection. Provides 2 SPDT 1 Amp, 30 VDC Form C relay contacts for integration with NexLight 2-Wire system and BMS/HVAC systems. Factory preset to deliver significant savings out of the box, this sensor has additional options to further increase energy savings if desired. The PerfectSense PS-DTC24-R is a low-voltage sensor that works with PerfectSense class 2 power supply , to automatically control lighting. The sensor turns the lights on and keeps them on when occupancy is detected and will turn the lights off after the delayed-off time has expired.
