Powers on but doesn't boot games. Issue persists with microSD card inserted (not included). Likely needs firmware repair or NAND restore, not sure that why sell as is for parts or repair. Some cosmetic imperfections that don't affect the device functionalities. The game on the picture for presentation of disc reader functionality and the game itself is not included.
