This Nintendo is tested and functional. It has scratches on the bottom display and black spots on top display; when white colors displayed on top screen you can see black spots. That why sold as is for parts or repair. Still delivers vibrant visuals and touchscreen works good. Some cosmetic imperfections that don't affect the device functionalities. The game on the picture for presentation of disc reader functionality and the game itself is not included.
