This PSP is tested and not functional. It has bad arrows they click by themselves a lot of times and it makes it really hard to use console. It is missing battery, battery lid, and a charger. Hence sold as is for parts or repair. Some cosmetic imperfections that don't affect the device functionalities. Loaded games are for presentation of UMD drive functionality only.
